- 50% deposit is required to secure the booking
- Full payment must be made 3 days before the trip; failure to pay may result in cancellation
- No refunds for unutilized services
- Changes must be requested via email, subject to availability, and may incur extra charges. Major changes may be treated as cancellations with applicable fees
- Andaman Aura may make minor itinerary changes as needed
- Factors like weather and road conditions may lead to schedule adjustments for safety
- Clients must inform of any medical conditions
- Andaman Aura is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless due to its negligence
- Not responsible for personal belongings or delays caused by external factors
- External evacuation costs due to illness or injury will be borne by the participant
